Prozorro

Prozorro is a Windows application that allows you to download all relevant tenders from the corresponding section on the Ukrainian government procurement website. All data is downloaded to a PC as a single package.

Getting started

The application noticeably simplifies the work with the state platform. There is no need to study the resource and manually load the necessary positions for further study. This takes quite a lot of time, and there is a possibility of missing important records, which will affect the final result of the analysis and it will have to be started again. To get started, it is enough to launch the application, enter the purchase number in the special field and specify the local directory for saving new files. During the uploading process, subfolders will be created for individual participants. All files are created in PDF format and can be opened by any program that supports this extension. This scheme makes it much easier to find the necessary information in the future. If a file with these parameters is already present on the disk, a standard offer will be displayed - choose to overwrite it or specify another folder. If you want to save both documents, you should specify a different saving path.

Metadata

The utility allows you to save not only documents, but also the corresponding attributes:

• creation date;
• the time it was uploaded to the system;
• who created and signed the document.

To add metadata to the uploaded package, activate the corresponding item in the configuration process. The information is saved in a separate file. The data set can be used to search for links between participants and similar tenders. You can also use third-party tools for analysis.
