MAGIX Photostory

The MAGIX Photostory utility for Windows is designed to create videos from photos. It allows you to add titles, captions and special effects. A slideshow preview option is available. There is a catalog of transitions and filters.

Project

After launching the application, you need to create a project and add images to it. You can drag and drop files to the workspace or specify the path to them. Different formats are supported, including PNG, JPG, BMP, etc. Then you need to arrange the photos in the desired sequence. Users can rearrange photo frames and set the duration of each scene. The catalog contains a rich selection of special effects. The program also allows you to add filters.

Editing

The application has a built-in image editor that allows you to crop photos and change their orientation. An option to add an audio track is available. The utility gives you the option to upload music from a file or record sound using a microphone.

Export

Once the editing is complete, it is necessary to save the slideshow. The user can choose the format, photo frame rate, resolution, bitrate and other characteristics. HEVC, MPEG and other codecs are supported.
