OnlyOffice

OnlyOffice is a suite of office programs for Windows. You can work with text files, tables and presentations. Integration with popular cloud platforms is supported, and it is possible to organize full-fledged sharing.

Word processor

A separate module allows you to open and edit text documents. You can format text, create lists, insert tables and images from external files. Printing is supported. You can specify all necessary settings in advance and use the preview mode. A convenient formula editor is provided. Added elements are correctly displayed when opening the file in other office programs. DOC or DOCX can be used for saving.

Tables

The table processor has a similar functionality to Excel. You can perform complex mathematical calculations, build charts and graphs, and work with formulas. Adding filters and sorting columns by desired parameters is supported.

Presentations

The following component allows you to create presentations. A large number of templates and additional graphic elements are available. You can use text blocks, tables and images as content. A standard timeline is used, which makes the process of creating a presentation much easier. A full list of the capabilities of a particular module can be found in the help section. Interface elements, additional functions and modes of operation are described. A search by keywords and a separate navigation panel by a set of categories are provided.
