TTSReader is a software that is designed to be installed on devices running on the Windows operating system. Its main task is to allow users to voice the on-screen text. In it, you can select a voice, customize the speed and pace of reading, and use the function of recording sound to a file. The app supports voice engines such as SAP IP4 and IP5. You can also record sounds with WAV or MP3 extension. It is worth mentioning right away that the utility can only voice English texts.

How to choose a file?

To begin with, you need to install the application on your own computer hardware and wait for the download to finish. Then you can launch the application. During this process, you need to specify the path to the document in txt or rtf format. The list of open files will be displayed on the right side of the screen. If desired, you can switch between tabs to ensure full convenience of operation of the utility. The program also gives you the opportunity to select the size and font of the letters.

How to voice text?

To voice the text on the screen, you need to press the corresponding button located on the toolbar. You can adjust the volume, speed and timbre of speech, as well as select one of several voice variations. The software supports the function of speaking the text that was copied automatically. To enable it, you need to press the Clip button. If desired, you can customize the control with the help of key combinations. Thanks to them, you can resume or stop playback, skip individual paragraphs or lines.
