Internet Lock

Internet Lock is a Windows utility that allows you to restrict access to specific Internet pages. In addition, the program's functionality allows you to prohibit certain software from sending and receiving data from the network. Users are able to schedule the work of this utility. There is no Russian localization.

Preliminary setup

The first thing that the computer utility will ask you to do is to come up with a security code. Without its input, a person will not be able to make changes to the parameters of the program. Then the user will need to determine the mode of functioning of the utility. For example, the program can block all Internet connections, except those that are on the white list. It is also possible to activate another mode, in which the utility restricts only the specified connections to the network.

Functionality

The application is able to block access to Internet resources specified by the person. For example, the person is able to block the opening of sites undesirable for children, social networks, fraudulent web pages and so on. Therefore, the toolkit of the computer application can be useful to parents who want to protect the child from malicious content. It is worth noting that you can still open such web resources, but only after entering the security code. In a separate tab of the utility you can study the list of connections and Internet pages that have been blocked by a person. If necessary, they can be removed from the list. This is possible only after entering the password. The computer application allows the user to change the design of the interface. In the parameters you can find several variations of design.
