Task Coach

Task Coach is an open source utility for Windows that allows users to create to-do lists and manage projects. The application allows you to keep track of costs and deadlines. An event organization feature is also available.

Functionality

After launching the utility, you need to add one or more tasks. To do this, select the appropriate option in the menu and enter the following information:

• name;
• description;
• duration of execution;
• planned and actual start date of the work;
• costs;
• repetition interval;
• priority;
• category;
• comments and attachments.

The program allows you to add information about the activities performed during the task solution. The option to sort activities by various criteria is available, including budget balance, topic, urgency, etc. The application provides the ability to monitor the activities and see how much time has been spent on it during the last week or month. In addition, it supports the option of reminders at the end of the deadline.

Export

Users can export the list of events to an HTML. or CSV file. The option to send data via e-mail is supported. The utility also allows you to configure synchronization of information with other devices.
