Sandboxie

The Sandboxie program allows you to deploy a separate isolated environment on your PC to run applications securely. It allows you to run suspicious files without the risk of infecting the main system. If a dangerous file is detected, you can quarantine it or initiate a full cleanup.

Usage

The program allows you to quickly form a complete working environment that simulates a separate computer with the selected operating system. Reliable isolation from the main platform is provided, which allows you to analyze any malware. You can create as many sandboxes as you need.

Functions

The main control elements are placed on the panel located in the upper part of the window. There is a built-in antivirus that constantly monitors third-party activity and, if necessary, quarantines infected files. If you need to determine in which mode the program is running, you need to select the "Sandbox Window" option. The "View" button allows you to quickly restore a deleted entry. You can view information about all running programs and, if necessary, terminate them. If malicious code is detected, it is recommended to move the file to the sandbox and then perform a complete removal.
