Zoom Rooms

Zoom Rooms is a Windows application for online conferencing. The utility is aimed at the corporate sector and is part of a popular cloud-based video conferencing service. All the necessary tools are available - screen sharing, chat, access level customization, administration and others.

Connection

After installing and launching the program, you need to log in or create a new account. Then you can connect to the previously created conference by selecting the desired room from the list. After connecting, the user can customize the microphone and camera. Voice and video mode can be used. An internal chat for exchanging classic text messages is provided. It is possible to display broadcasts from three different sources. All necessary functions are available - mute the microphone, show screen, chat for sending messages and files. The layout of the main interface elements is flexibly customizable.

Control

The program allows you to schedule upcoming conferences and initiate e-mail messages. You can stream video not only from the camera, but also from the screen of a mobile device or PC. The event organizer gets a wide range of opportunities to manage virtual rooms. There is a mechanism of access differentiation. Broadcasting can be made public, strictly prescribe a list of users or use the manual confirmation mode when connecting. The full list of available functions is listed in the help section.
