BSGo Workouts is an Android application that helps the user to perform workouts according to the desired schedule. It is possible to track the number of steps traveled and fluid intake. The program will allow you to get rid of excess weight and improve your overall health.

Motivation and prizes

A motivation scheme is used, which implies a chance to win a real prize. The interface displays daily workouts. The system automatically records the presence of activity, also requests the amount of water drunk. For compliance with all recommendations, special tickets are awarded. In the future, the collected points are used in the process of drawing prizes. The more tickets, the greater the probability of winning.

Functionality and subscription

After installation, you need to log in with a Google account and grant a number of permissions, including the download of data from the Google Fit after all the necessary settings, the program will upload a new lesson plan every day. All stages are scheduled in detail, a timer is used to organize rest and visual cues. A separate tab contains all the prizes received earlier, as well as the schedule of the next drawings. There is a possibility to switch to a premium account by paying for the subscription. To do this, click on the icon with the image of a crown (upper left corner). Having a paid subscription doubles the number of points, and also loads an extended training program - 150 exercises instead of 30 basic ones. As additional options, the ability to choose a model to show exercises appears. It also disables advertising in the interface.
