Plot

The plot of the game revolves around Ethan. His girlfriend Mia mysteriously disappeared. No one knew what happened, however, the protagonist still found a video in which Mia asks not to look for her. Despite the friend's requests, the guy continues his search, as a result of which he comes to an abandoned house deep in the forest. This is not an ordinary house, it is inhabited by the Baker family. It is a family of ghosts, in which the father of the family is the most hospitable. The protagonist finds a girl, but the family has turned her into something terrible.

Gameplay

Thanks to the peculiarities of the gameplay, this game has become incredibly popular. It has changed dramatically, if you compare with previous parts. The fact is that now there is a first-person view and a constant need for shootouts. There is not a great variety of enemies here, and shootouts are not very frequent. But when the action starts, you need to think carefully about your actions. Enemies are incredibly numerous, they constantly attack from all sides and take away a lot of health. They are very easy to kill with firearms, but ammo is constantly running out. Shooting is worth it only if you know how to do it skillfully. Otherwise, you can just waste precious shells. The main advantage of the gameplay is its uncertainty. The game does not give constant hints, does not say "go there and do that". Here you have to look for solutions to problematic tasks on your own. There are a lot of doors in the house that are locked. And this key will need to find.
