Fallout 4

Fallout 4 is a new game from the popular Fallout series of games. This series of games began its existence back in the 1990s. However, then it was developed by a different studio of developers. The stylistics of the first two games differed significantly. Then it was a 2D RPG project. The fourth part can be called a 3D shooter, rather than a full-fledged role-playing project. After all, the number of RPG elements is greatly reduced. But the shooting became a little better than in previous parts of the game. In general, Fallout 4 is considered the most failed in the series. It was not liked by critics and players. It is quite possible that this is due to too inflated expectations.

Gameplay

Fallout 4 is a game with a completely open world. You can move freely around it, regardless of your equipment, skills and successes in the story campaign. But it is better not to go to some places, because in them you can meet a large number of enemies that can kill your character in a few blows. The quests are divided into story and faction quests. Story missions are interesting, but often among them you can see something like "go to the location and clean it up". Faction quests are not very interesting, but during their passage you can get acquainted with new characters. They will be the most interesting in the game. It is worth noting that in Fallout 4 there are several factions. The choice of where to join is up to you. Shooter component is the most qualitative in the game. All weapons can be seriously modernized, adding new dodgers. They can greatly help in a firefight, as they make the rifle more accurate and powerful. Also there is power armor. But it is not too successful, as it makes the game casual. And in RPG projects this is more of a disadvantage than an advantage.

Plot

In the story of the game, the main character is the father or mother (player's choice) of a model family. One day, a nuclear war breaks out in America, because of which the family is taken to a shelter and frozen in cryo-chambers. After a certain amount of time, the child is taken away and one member of the family is killed. The main goal is to find the son. This goal is threaded through the entire plot of the game.
