Remotr

Remotr is an Android application that allows you to use an ordinary smartphone to run games pre-installed on your PC. It is possible to connect a standard game controller, keyboard or mouse. The quality of the resulting video can be selected from a list.

Setting

Initially, you need to install the appropriate client on the desired computer, create or log into an account, specifying the correct password and mail. Then you need to launch the mobile version to start the synchronization process. The program automatically recognizes games that are launched through popular catalogs, including Blizzard and Steam projects. Picture transfer to Android TV devices (TVs and set-top boxes) is supported. In this case, it is recommended to connect using a cable to ensure a sufficient level of quality. Due to the small size of the display, the bandwidth of a standard wireless network will be sufficient to transmit the signal to a mobile device.

Broadcasting

After all settings and device pairing, you can launch the desired game on the computer and transmit the video signal to the mobile device. The functionality of the mobile client allows you to control game characters using both the touch screen display and an external controller. For gamepad connection you can use USB OTG cable or Bluetooth connection. There is support for control using the standard accelerometer.
