ScreenToGif

The ScreenToGif application allows you to record video from the screen and use it to create animations. You can take screenshots and save them as graphic files. There is a catalog of built-in effects that you can use in projects.

Video Recording

Before launching the video capture mode, you can open the settings and specify the basic parameters, including the optimal frame rate. There is a function to add graphic elements and text. Using special markers, you can select the area of the screen to capture. The change is made by dragging and dropping, which allows you to fine-tune this option. To start recording you need to press the corresponding button, the next button allows you to pause the recording.

Video editing

The obtained clips can be opened in the editing mode. It is possible to add new frames. A separate panel contains available effects; to add them, just activate the corresponding item and specify additional parameters. It is possible to change the size and other parameters of the file. You can delete or insert individual frames. A convenient timeline is used for work, which allows you to quickly find the necessary timestamps for editing. When you move the marker, the current frame and the exact time are displayed. All editing steps are saved in the log, if necessary, you can quickly return to any step using a special button.
