DaVinci Resolve

DaVinci Resolve is a Windows application for video editing. You can cut, splice clips, add an audio track and adjust the color scheme. There is a built-in set of effects and graphics.

Media files

After launching the program, you need to load all the necessary content - images, audio and video - onto the workspace. The work is carried out with the help of a timeline, on which you need to place the content in the desired order. This operation is performed by simple drag and drop, which makes the work easier. With the help of time markers, you can fine-tune the playback mode. At any time, components can be swapped or deleted. Similarly, you can work with the sound track. Working with several projects simultaneously is supported.

Processing

The main functionality of the program is divided into separate modules, and a separate panel at the bottom of the window is used for switching. For example, to add and customize visual effects, activate the Fusion section. Non-linear video editing is supported. There is an extensive library of transitions and various graphic elements that you can use in your projects. The built-in player allows you to quickly switch to the preview mode. If necessary, you can go back an arbitrary number of steps. The Colors tab contains all the necessary tools for working with color. You can change brightness, temperature and other parameters. It is possible to synchronize parameters of frames received from different sources. This allows you to bring different scenes to the same style.
