PeaZip

The main task of the PeaZip application is to archive data. The supported formats include ZIP, 7Z, TAR and RAR.

Basic information

The program provides the ability to create archives and split them into parts. It also allows you to unpack archives. The number of supported formats is about 180. These include, for example, ARJ, ACE, CHM, CAB and others. To ensure the maximum level of encryption, you should use the utility's own format for compression. The application also has a toolkit for checking data integrity. To add files to the archive, select them and click the right mouse button. After that, a window will appear, in which you should select the appropriate option for creation. As a result, a directory with archived documents will appear in front of the user.

Using the utility

In the main menu of the application, you need to enable the Russian interface. To do this, first click on the System button, and then specify the Settings item. In the window that appears, you should select ru.txt. Then you can start working by adding catalogs to the archive and compressing the data for easy e-mailing. To unpack the information, you should click on the right mouse button and then select the appropriate button. In addition, you need to specify the place for saving.
