CheckXML

CheckXML is a program that simplifies work with the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation. The utility provides work with the PFR, policyholders and transfer agents. The program checks documents and creates forms for accounting of persons and agents. In the program, all packages of documents for the PF are prepared very carefully. If the documents are prepared and submitted with the required data and contain errors, they are returned for revision. CheckXML provides processing of documents and removes all defects. In CheckXML you check documents in single and batch modes. Process a single form or a whole package consisting of several documents at once. The program evaluates and checks the correctness of calculations of working experience in the combined mode. CheckXML corrects errors when compiling forms and corrects data on pension contributions and accruals. In the process of checking the program uses the latest version of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. The creators of the utility change the program code and make changes, updating the software to work with new verification algorithms. CheckXML processes information using the automatic mode and the type of document that is loaded into the utility. The program provides a selection using keywords, and special tools identify errors in its structure.

Usage

CheckXML is a simple and convenient program with an uncomplicated interface. After launching the program, you go to the "Data" menu and select documentation from the drop-down list and then check the data. The main working area of the CheckXML window is a panel that shows a preview of the file. This pane checks the data and shows the errors found. Checking is much faster on a powerful computer than on devices with weaker hardware. CheckXML does not require powerful hardware and works without problems even on office computers.
