CamStudio

CamStudio is a Windows application for capturing video from your webcam or desktop. You can select the quality, capture area and recording format in the options. All codecs that can be installed on your system are supported.

Recording

After installing and launching the program, you need to start the Record button to proceed to the initial setup. It is possible to additionally superimpose an image from the camera, which will be displayed in a separate window. Sound recording from an external microphone is supported. A separate panel allows you to configure synchronization of the video sequence with the audio track. By default, a new project is saved in AVI format. A user-friendly interface is used, the main controls are conveniently located at the top of the window. Despite the large number of available parameters, there are no difficulties in work. External devices are automatically detected, saving the user from complicated settings.

Settings

You can specify frame rate, resolution and other parameters in the parameters. It is possible to add a watermark. After selecting the image, you need to specify the transparency level and position on the screen. You can use an external file as an image, a large number of extensions are supported. Built-in player for viewing video with current parameters without leaving the application interface. This allows you to evaluate the quality and, if necessary, make corrections.
