General characteristics of the product

The application has a rather huge library with normative-legal documentation. All documents that the program provides have full and legal compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The resulting files can be used in production works of any scale. Each document has regular updates in the database, so if amendments are made, then changes are made to the content of the files. However, you will have to make changes on your own, as NormaCS does not have auto-correction. But the software will periodically notify the owner with notifications about new amendments. Therefore, the risk of using outdated data is minimized.

Features and interface

The structure of the virtual library is of the tree type. The arrangement of the database is divided into different catalogs. It is easy and convenient to search for the necessary information. Each document is opened in a separate section. In a new tab you can study the content of the file, see information about the name, find out the scope of application, see links to acts and classifiers, get a list of specifications. Also available are the history of changes, list of comments and data on continuity. A convenient table of contents is implemented in the catalog. A documentation search engine is integrated in the application. Using precise queries you will get matches not only by titles and headings, but also in the content of documents. The full-fledged version of the product is available only by purchasing a paid license. The trial version has various limitations and a much smaller database.

Additional functionality

NormaCS can also export the required documentation to certain office packages. The program supports Microsoft Word and OpenOffice formats. The application is closely integrated with TDMS. Among the customizations you can distinguish changes in appearance, additional connection of third-party databases and support for SPDS and ESCD gosts.
