A software tool to monitor the presence of attached devices (scanners, printers). Produced by KYOCERA. Can perform text file recognition (OCR) functionality in parallel. It is a small software application that can provide controllability of printing and scanning gadgets connected to a personal computer directly, or through a network. Undoubtedly, the software tool can only function with technical means produced by KYOCERA. It should be noted that the software utility is a UWP application. Installation is possible on the Microsoft Store based on Windows 10 or subsequent versions of operating systems. Software utilities running on mobile "operating systems" have been developed.

Workability

KYOCERA Print Center is directly designed with capabilities to run remote scanning and printing processes. The software product detects running devices. It allows you to edit the source data of current jobs to the devices. The software product functions with attached cameras, providing the ability to import images from them in several working graphics formats, including RAW. Addressing printing devices, the software product provides opportunities to use ready-made printing templates, omitting the need to select parameters. Scanning devices, unfortunately, cannot be provided with such possibilities. But at the moment of scanning is allowed to choose formats for using the OCR functionality. We can also tell you about them briefly. Applications have the ability to reflect the list of documents that were used not so long ago and put specific water markers on them.

Processes for recognizing text files

One of the most important innovations of the application is the digitization of documentation. Program OCR toolkit is slightly inferior to other applications (like Fine_Reader), but its capabilities are absolutely free. By accessing the OCR functionality, it is possible to make corrections to the documentation and save it as text.
