STDU

STDU is software with which users can open and explore text documents, pictures, and books. It is possible to adjust the scale of the viewed content. Compatibility with many extensions is realized. Among them: PDF, BMP, FB2, AZW, PSD, EPUB, PNG, TXT, EMF, PDB and so on. Translation into Russian and some other languages is available.

Adding a file

The first thing the user has to do is to open the computer program and enter the path to the desired content. It should be noted that the application remembers the last opened documents, which simplifies access to them. This utility is capable of opening files of several dozen different formats. These include: WWF, CBR, TXT, PNG, FB2, BMP, PDF, JPEG, EPUB, PSD, PCX, TIFF, and many others. This makes it possible for a person to view both textual materials and pictures.

Program features

After a person adds the required file to the application, a window with the content will appear in front of him. The user can not only study the open document, but also use the tools available in the utility. For example, the program allows you to find a specific passage in the text, add bookmarks, navigate through the document by means of the table of contents, if available, and so on. It is also possible to zoom in and zoom out the content. The computer utility is equipped with an option to automatically change the display mode of open content in accordance with the display used by the user. This function can be activated in the program parameters.
